Floor cleaner machine controller
To control the cleaning machine Penelope was designed controller, equipped with a graphical LCD
screen with a resolution of 240x128 pixels with touch panel. Due to the specific requirements related to the mechanical
construction, the controller has a structure based on two processors, communicating through a RS-232 interface.
Relays module is equipped with 10 relay outputs and two PWM outputs on MOS transistors.
Controller also allows measurement of currents and voltages of individual machine components. The system is equipped with
a voltage converter with a wide range of input voltages up to 40V - which allows power from the battery pack 24V.
